Reverend James Keith Parsonage

The Reverend James Keith Parsonage, also known as the Keith House, is a historic 17th-century building located in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Recognized as the oldest surviving parsonage in the United States, it was constructed in the early 1660s for Rev. James Keith, a Scottish immigrant and the town's first minister. The house has a rich history, having passed through various owners over the centuries, including the Fobes and Howard families. Today, it is maintained by the Old Bridgewater Historical Society as a colonial home museum, showcasing its original 1720 layout and offering visitors a glimpse into early American life.
