Borden Milk Co. Creamery and Ice Factory

The Borden Milk Co. Creamery and Ice Factory, located in Tempe, Arizona, is a historic site originally built as an ice plant and later adapted for pasteurized milk production. Operating under the Borden name until 1953, the building has since been transformed into Four Peaks Brewery, a popular restaurant and brewery. Notable for its Mission Revival architectural style, the structure features striking red brick, wooden ceilings, and a glass clerestory. Recognized for its historical significance, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. The site also has a cultural connection to the community, with Creamery Park established in 1999, and has gained attention for its paranormal associations, being featured on the show Ghost Adventures.
