Bennie–Dillon Building

The Bennie–Dillon Building is a historic high-rise located at 700-704 Church Street in Nashville, Tennessee. Constructed between 1925 and 1926, this 12-story building showcases Renaissance Revival architecture, designed by Asmus & Clark. Originally built for prominent local figures George Bennie and William Dillon, it has undergone renovations in 1999 and 2005. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, making it a significant landmark for both tourists and researchers interested in Nashville's architectural heritage.
