Kellum-Noble House (oldest extant house in Houston)

The Kellum-Noble House was built circa 1847 and is recognized as the oldest surviving house in Houston. The structure was moved to Sam Houston Park and is preserved and interpreted by The Heritage Society as an example of early Houston domestic architecture. The house connects visitors to mid-19th-century Houston and the families who lived in the city during its earliest decades.
