Fisher Building and Fisher Theatre

The Fisher Building was completed in 1928–1929 and was designed by Albert Kahn for the Fisher brothers; it houses offices, retail space, and the Fisher Theatre within its base. The building is celebrated for its Art Deco exterior and richly decorated interior lobbies and is a landmark of Detroit’s New Center area. The Fisher Theatre within the building has hosted Broadway touring productions and regional theatrical performances for decades.
