Tip Top Tailors Building

The Tip Top Tailors Building, now known as Tip Top Lofts, is a historic Art Deco structure in Toronto, originally completed in 1929 as the headquarters for Tip Top Tailors Ltd., a prominent Canadian menswear retailer. Located near the waterfront at 637 Lake Shore Boulevard West, it features a striking neon rooftop sign and has been transformed into stylish condominium lofts. The building was designated a heritage structure in 1972 and is notable for its architectural significance and cultural history, including its appearance as a police department facade in the TV series Monk.
