Originally serving as a store, business college, and Odd Fellows hall, it features a ground floor with various businesses and county offices, while the second and third floors were used for social gatherings and meetings. The building is notable for being the first prominent structure in Woodland to adopt the Mission Revival style and has a rich history tied to the local Odd Fellows Lodge, which was established in 1863.
