Mission Nuestra Señora de la Purísima Concepción de Acuña (Mission Concepción)

Mission Concepción is an 18th-century Spanish mission whose stone church preserves original colonial-era mural paintings and much of its 18th-century fabric. It is part of the San Antonio Missions National Historical Park and is frequently cited for being one of the best-preserved Spanish colonial churches in the United States. The church remains notable for its original masonry and exterior appearance that have undergone minimal restoration compared with other mission churches.
