Sycamore Cottage

Sycamore Cottage is a historic house in Cambridge, Maryland, believed to have been built as early as 1765. This charming 1+1⁄2-story structure features a gambrel roof and showcases a blend of architectural styles due to 19th-century remodelings, including Victorian windows and Greek Revival interior details. Originally moved to its current location in 1840, it has served as the headquarters of the Cambridge Woman's Club since 1922. The cottage was recognized for its historical significance by being listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, making it an interesting site for both tourists and researchers.
