Prospect Hill (Fincastle, Virginia)

Prospect Hill, also known as Prospect and Gray's Folly, is a historic home located near Fincastle in Botetourt County, Virginia. Constructed between 1837 and 1838, this elegant 2+1⁄2-story I-house showcases Federal architectural style, featuring a distinctive two-level pedimented portico supported by slender Tuscan columns. The house includes a one-story brick kitchen wing and is adorned with flush boarding beneath a pedimented gable roof.
