Glennie Hall

Glennie Hall, located at 66 Albion Street in Warwick, Queensland, is a heritage-listed community hall with a rich history dating back to its construction between 1880 and 1891. Designed by architects Wallace & Gibson, it originally served as the Odd Fellows Hall for the Royal Rose of Warwick Lodge. The hall played a significant role in the local community, hosting meetings, social events, and dances. In 1921, it was purchased by the Church of England, refurbished, and renamed Glennie Hall in honor of Archdeacon Benjamin Glennie, a key figure in the establishment of the local Anglican Church. Today, it stands as a testament to the region's social history and architectural heritage, making it a noteworthy site for tourists and researchers alike.
