1998 MLB All-Star Game at Coors Field

Coors Field hosted Major League Baseball's All-Star Game on July 7, 1998, the first All-Star Game played in Colorado. The American League defeated the National League 13–8 in that game. The event showcased many notable players of the era and occurred early in Coors Field's history as the Colorado Rockies' home park. Coors Field is located in downtown Denver and is noted for playing at high elevation compared with other MLB venues.
