George Kunhardt Estate

The George Kunhardt Estate, also known as Hardtcourt, is a historic property located in North Andover, Massachusetts, built in 1906 for textile mill owner George Kunhardt. This Victorian-style estate, featuring distinctive Queen Anne architectural elements, overlooks Lake Cochichewick and spans 85 acres. After serving as a Jesuit retreat center known as Campion Hall, the estate was converted into residential condominiums. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976, making it a notable site for tourists and researchers interested in early 20th-century architecture and local history.
