Hoopes–Smith House

The Hoopes–Smith House is a stunning example of late Victorian architecture, specifically the Queen Anne Style, built between 1890 and 1892 in Rockport, Texas. Originally constructed by local businessman James M. Hoopes, the house served as a boarding house for several decades before being sold to T. Noah Smith Sr., another influential figure in the region.
