Orange Show Monument

The Orange Show Monument is a folk-art environment created by Jefferson 'Jeff' McKissack beginning in 1956 using found materials and handmade structures celebrating the orange. It is now operated by the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art and hosts exhibitions, tours, and public programs. The site is a locally recognized example of outsider art and community-driven preservation in Houston.
