Desserette

Desserette is a historic plantation house located near White Oak in Bladen County, North Carolina. Built around 1840, this two-story Greek Revival style home features a brick pier foundation and a hipped roof. The property also includes a kitchen, meathouse, log barn, and family cemetery, making it a fascinating site for tourists and researchers interested in antebellum architecture and history. Desserette was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
