Stratus (building)

Stratus is a striking 43-story residential high-rise located in the vibrant Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Completed in 2017, it features 396 apartments along with ground-floor retail space, making it a hub of urban living. The building's design, by Weber Thompson, draws inspiration from cloud types, sharing its name with the nearby Cirrus apartment building. The site, once home to a rental car facility, was transformed after GID Development Group acquired it in 2014, leading to the creation of Urban Triangle Park, which opened in 2019 and offers green space for residents and visitors alike.
