Hackett Hall

Hackett Hall is a heritage-listed building located in the Perth Cultural Centre, Western Australia. Originally part of the State Library of Western Australia, it was named after benefactor John Winthrop Hackett and served as the main library building in the 1930s. After renovations in 1957, it was registered as a heritage site in 1992. Today, Hackett Hall houses Otto, the giant whale skeleton of the WA Museum, making it a fascinating stop for tourists and researchers interested in history and natural science.
