The Nicholas Building (Toledo, Ohio)

The Nicholas Building is a historic 250 ft tall high-rise located in Downtown Toledo, completed in 1906. Once the tallest building in the city for seven years, it showcases early 20th-century architecture designed by the firm Bacon & Huber. Named after the Spitzer family's grandfather, the building has served as a prominent office space, notably housing the National Bank of Toledo and later Fifth Third Bank. Today, it stands as the seventh-tallest building in Toledo, reflecting the city's architectural heritage and evolution.
