Spreckels Organ Pavilion (1915) - Balboa Park

The Spreckels Organ Pavilion was built for the 1915 Panama-California Exposition and donated by sugar magnate John D. Spreckels to the city of San Diego. It houses one of the world's largest outdoor pipe organs and has been the site of free public organ concerts since the pavilion's opening. The pavilion remains a prominent example of early 20th-century civic infrastructure in Balboa Park.
