Hoh Fuk Tong Centre

The Hoh Fuk Tong Centre, located in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, is a declared monument named after Rev. Hoh Fuk Tong, the first Chinese pastor in the region. Originally built as a villa by General Cai Tingkai in the 1930s, it later served as an educational institution before being transferred to the Church of Christ in China. The site features two historic buildings: the Morrison Building, constructed in 1936, and the Hoh Fuk Tong Centre Building, built in the 1940s. The centre's preservation was ensured after a successful campaign against its demolition, making it a significant cultural landmark for visitors and researchers alike.
