Prudential Tower (Prudential Center)

The Prudential Tower, completed in 1964 at the Prudential Center complex, rises to a roof height of approximately 749 feet and was Boston's tallest building for several years after completion. The tower houses offices, retail space, and historically hosted the Skywalk Observatory, a public viewing facility that provided panoramic views of Boston and the region. The Prudential Center mall and associated buildings form a major commercial and cultural hub in the Back Bay.
