C. P. Shipley House

The C. P. Shipley House was a notable historic residence in Mason City, Iowa, designed in the Prairie School architectural style and completed in 1913. It was the home of Clinton Pardes Shipley and his wife Margaret A. McMillin, who married in 1875. The house featured a distinctive stucco exterior and broad hip roof with overhanging eaves. It was recognized for its historical significance by being listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, although it has since been demolished, with the Globe Gazette building now occupying the site.
