Viva Vision canopy - Fremont Street's original giant LED screen

The Fremont Street Experience canopy, known as Viva Vision, opened in 1995 spanning five blocks of downtown Las Vegas. At its debut it featured an LED/video display approximately 1,500 feet long and 90 feet wide and was cited as the largest video screen of its kind in the world at that time. The canopy was a notable early large-scale public LED installation that changed how downtown Las Vegas presented multimedia shows to pedestrians.
