Portland Rose Festival - CityFair and parades

The Portland Rose Festival is an annual civic celebration dating to 1907 that features events including CityFair on the waterfront, the Grand Floral Parade, and the Starlight Parade. CityFair is held at Tom McCall Waterfront Park and includes carnival rides, music stages, and vendor booths that draw many local attendees each spring. The festival’s parades are longstanding regional traditions with local marching bands, floats, and community groups participating. The Rose Festival is organized by the Portland Rose Festival Foundation and local volunteers.
