Gen. William Grose House

The General William Grose House, located in New Castle, Indiana, is a historic Italianate mansion built in 1870 by Civil War Major General William Grose. This 16-room home, which served as the residence of Grose until his death in 1900, is now operated as a museum by the Henry County Historical Society.
