Consolidated Royalty Building

The Consolidated Royalty Building, located on S. Center St. in Casper, Wyoming, is a historic structure built in 1917, showcasing Early Commercial architectural style. Designed by Garbutt and Weidner, this five-story building features a distinctive double-H shape and elements reminiscent of late 19th-century Chicago skyscrapers. Known also as the Con Roy Building and the Oil Exchange Building, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. While its first floor has undergone alterations and some upper-floor windows have changed, the building still retains notable features like a prominent terra cotta cornice and dentil molding, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
