Rivanna Farm

Rivanna Farm, originally known as Eglenton, is a historic site located near Bremo Bluff in Fluvanna County, Virginia. Built in 1880 by Capt. John B. Anderson, the main house showcases Italianate architectural style and is complemented by several outbuildings including a kitchen, smokehouse, overseer's house, and a schoolhouse. The farm has been operational since 1839 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001, making it a significant destination for tourists and researchers interested in Virginia's agricultural history and architecture.
