Haughton Hall, Nottinghamshire

Haughton Hall was an English country house located near Haughton, Nottinghamshire, originally built by William Holles and his son in the early 16th century. The estate featured a vast park that expanded from 240 acres to 900 acres over time. Notably, it hosted Prince Henry for several days around 1610. The hall was eventually demolished in the late 18th century when the Dukes of Newcastle-under-Lyme moved to a new residence at Clumber.
