Lille Rolighed

Lille Rolighed is a charming late 18th-century thatched house located near Fredensborg Palace in Denmark. Built in 1777 by tailor Christian Tøyberg, this historic building showcases Neoclassical architecture, although it underwent modifications in 1820. The property includes a garden that features the grave of notable embroidery artist Cathrine Marie Møller, who was the second woman to be inducted into the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 1790. The house and its outhouse were recognized as protected buildings in 1964, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in Danish history and art.
