The Sinclair Building, originally known as the Dulaney Building, is a striking Zigzag Moderne skyscraper located in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. Standing 200 feet tall with sixteen stories, it was completed in 1930 and has a rich history tied to the Texas oil industry. Designed by architect Wiley G. Clarkson, the building features Meso-American motifs and was initially leased by Sinclair Oil Company. After years of decline, it underwent significant restoration in the late 1980s and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. In 2019, it reopened as an upscale hotel under Marriott's Autograph Collection, blending its historic Art Deco charm with modern amenities, including innovative Ethernet-powered electrical systems.
