Arctic Club Building

Built in 1916 for the Arctic Club of Seattle, the Arctic Club Building is a Beaux-Arts office building distinguished by terra cotta ornamentation featuring Arctic motifs. The design and decoration reflect Seattle's early 20th-century commercial and exploratory ties to Alaska. The structure was later adapted for hotel use while preserving many of its historic exterior and lobby details.
