Dayton Daily News Building

The Dayton Daily News Building, located at the intersection of 4th and Ludlow Streets in Dayton, Ohio, is a historic site designed by architect Albert Pretzinger for newspaper founder James M. Cox. Built between 1908 and 1910, the building features a striking facade with Corinthian and Doric columns, inspired by the Knickerbocker Trust building in New York City. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. Although the building has undergone several expansions and renovations, the original structure remains a notable landmark, reflecting the rich history of journalism in the area.
