Le Formentor

Le Formentor is a striking 27-storey residential building located at 27 Avenue Princesse Grace in the Larvotto district of Monaco. Completed in 1981 by the Monegasque construction firm J. B. Pastor et fils, this modernist architectural marvel stands at 78 meters tall. It houses the offices of the Groupe Pastor and features Monaco Modern’Art, an art gallery, as well as the consulate of Uruguay. Notable residents include tennis star Novak Djokovic and Victor Hervey, the 6th Marquess of Bristol, making it a point of interest for both tourists and researchers.
