Point Farm

Point Farm, also known as the R. T. Cann House, is a historic Greek Revival home located in Kirkwood, New Castle County, Delaware. Built in 1846, this two-story, five-bay brick dwelling features a distinctive L-shape and a gable roof, with an additional three-bay wing at the rear. Recognized for its architectural significance, Point Farm was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, making it a noteworthy destination for tourists and researchers interested in American history and architecture.
