Ozanam House, Ipswich

Ozanam House is a heritage-listed site located at 66 Roderick Street in Ipswich, Queensland, Australia. Built between 1886 and the 1930s, this single-storeyed timber building showcases classic architectural features, including verandahs and a hipped corrugated iron roof. Originally constructed by architect Richard Davies Graham, the house has a rich history tied to the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, which has used it for charitable purposes since acquiring it in 1960. Named after the Society's founder, Frederic Ozanam, the house has served various community functions, including a hostel for homeless men and a welfare office.
