Brownlea

Brownlea, also known as the Rufus C. Brown House, is a historic home located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Built in 1939, this Colonial Revival style stone dwelling features a two-story main block with 1+1⁄2-story wings, along with a garage and sunroom. The property also includes a well house and barbeque pit, both from the same year. Brownlea was recognized for its historical significance and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
