Granite map and Pathway of History at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park

Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features a large granite map of Tennessee engraved in the plaza that shows major rivers and county outlines. The park’s Pathway of History is a linear series of stone and granite markers and tablets that chronicle key events in Tennessee history. Both the map and pathway are permanent stone installations intended as interpretive markers for state history.
