Perez Smith House

The Perez Smith House, located at 46 Lincoln Street in Waltham, Massachusetts, was a notable historic residence built in 1851, showcasing a blend of Greek Revival and Italianate architectural styles. Its striking features included a three-bay facade, decorative cornices, round-arch windows, and elegant pilastered cornerboards. The house was recognized for its historical significance and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. Unfortunately, it was demolished in June 2024, marking the loss of one of Waltham's architectural gems.
