Rosson House Museum (Heritage Square)

The Rosson House, a Victorian-era home built in 1895 and preserved as a museum in Heritage Square, is regularly included on Phoenix ghost tours and in accounts of local hauntings. Visitors and volunteers have reported unexplained noises, cold spots, and sensations during after-hours visits and tours. Such accounts are part of visitor testimony and local folklore; they are reported but disputed and have not been scientifically confirmed.
