Burke Museum paleontology collections

The Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture on the University of Washington campus houses Washington state's primary paleontological collections. Its holdings include tens of thousands of fossil specimens from the Pacific Northwest, covering marine invertebrates, fossil plants, and Ice Age vertebrates from Washington. The museum completed a major renovation and reopened with expanded fossil exhibits and research facilities in October 2019.
