Docks (Marseille)

Originally constructed between 1858 and 1863, it served as a storage facility for paper and wheat before undergoing significant renovations to transform it into a modern office space. Today, it houses 220 companies and employs around 3,500 people, featuring a mix of corporate headquarters, restaurants, and shops. The architectural renovation preserved its historical elements while introducing contemporary design, making it a vibrant hub for both business and leisure in the city.
