Ludowici Well Pavilion

The Ludowici Well Pavilion, built in 1907 in Ludowici, Georgia, is a historic octagonal structure located in the town center. Originally constructed to provide clean drinking water, it features wooden benches and a distinctive clay-tiled roof made by the local Ludowici-Celadon Company. The pavilion has served as a community hub for events like political meetings and farmers' markets. Although the well's water flow diminished in the 1920s, the pavilion remains a significant landmark, recognized on the National Register of Historic Places since 1984, and reflects the town's rich history and community spirit.
