U.S. Post Office-Rossville Main

The U.S. Post Office-Rossville Main, built in 1931, is a stunning example of Georgian Revival architecture located in Rossville, Georgia. This historic two-story brick building features a tetrastyle pedimented portico adorned with an eagle emblem above the entrance. Visitors can admire its elegant tall 12 over 12 windows and distinctive mansard roof with dormer windows. Just behind the post office lies the John Ross House, the original post office site and a preserved landmark on the National Register, honoring John Ross, a prominent leader of the Cherokee Indians.
