Barton Springs Pool spring discharge and temperature

Barton Springs Pool is fed by spring outlets of the Edwards Aquifer and averages roughly 31 million gallons of discharge per day. The springs maintain a nearly constant year-round temperature near 68°F (about 20°C). Multiple submerged spring outlets beneath the pool supply flow to Zilker Park and the surrounding ecosystem.
