Walt Disney Family Museum

The Walt Disney Family Museum opened in 2009 in the Presidio and was established by Diane Disney Miller to document the life and legacy of Walt Disney. The museum's galleries present early animation artwork, artifacts, models, and interactive exhibits tracing Disney's career from his early days through the creation of the Disney empire. It is located within a historic military building repurposed for the museum in the Presidio of San Francisco.
