David W. Courdin House

The David W. Courdin House, also known as the Old Courdin House, is a historic site located near Monett, Missouri. Built in 1876, this national historic district showcases the architectural heritage of the Waldensian community. Visitors can explore the one-story stone dwelling, along with various farm buildings, including a usable cistern, well, and vegetable cellar, as well as the ruins of the original dairy barn and smokehouse. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971, making it a significant destination for those interested in history and architecture.
