La Seigneurie

La Seigneurie is the historic residence of the Seigneur of Sark, the head of the island in the Channel Islands. Originally home to Michael Beaumont, the 22nd Seigneur, the estate has seen changes in residence due to health needs. In 2009, the Seigneurie was temporarily entrusted to David Synnott for renovations. Following the death of Michael Beaumont in 2016, his son, Major Christopher Beaumont, succeeded him. As of 2018, both the house and its beautiful gardens are open to the public, offering a glimpse into the island's heritage.
