Back of the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign

The reverse side of the iconic 'Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas' sign reads 'Drive Carefully' and 'Come Back Soon.' The sign was designed by Betty Willis and installed in 1959 on the Las Vegas Strip median. Visitors routinely photograph both the front greeting and the friendly admonition on the back when leaving the city. It is maintained as a civic landmark and photo stop.
