Zaliztsi Castle

Zaliztsi Castle, located in Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine, is a historic defensive fortress built in 1516 by Marcin Kamieniecki. This architectural monument, situated on the Seret River, showcases a rich history, having hosted notable figures such as Tsar False Dmitry I and Prince Jeremi Wiśniowiecki. The castle features a unique four-winged design with polygonal towers and extensive cellars, originally serving as a magnate's residence.
